Brand Story

A quiet intention, carried across places

Tide Atelier started from a very personal place.

During my time in Jingdezhen, I came across ceramics that felt both deeply rooted and quietly modern — pieces shaped by tradition, yet naturally fitting into contemporary life. They carried a sense of calm, craftsmanship, and cultural depth that felt rare.

It made me wonder: why do so many of these objects remain unseen outside of where they are made?

Tide Atelier was created to bring these pieces beyond their place of origin, not just as products, but as a way of sharing the culture, the process, and the everyday rituals they belong to.

Objects Meant To Be Lived With

We focus on tea and coffee vessels, tableware, and everyday objects meant to be used — not just displayed.

Our collection spans different ceramic traditions — from the quiet elegance of Ru ware to the warmth of Shino, and the unpredictability of wood- and soda-fired pieces.

Each piece is selected for its balance of form, material, and feeling — objects that age well and settle naturally into daily rituals over time.
